Vodafone Ghana is receiving flak from its customers over poor network and internet services during this period of the partial lockdown of some parts of the country as a result of the COVID-19 infection.
Some customers took to social media on Wednesday April 1 to make their frustrations known to the public.
Some say they are unable to surf the Internet or download materials due to the slow network service by Vodafone.
Elikem Adiku, a customer of Vodafone wrote on her whatsApp status that : “ The shitty disrespectful network called Vodafone.
“Such disregard for service and because we do not speak up, you continue to disrespect us by providing us with crappy services yet we are ones who keep you in business by using your poor service.”
Minerva Dthee wrote on her Facebook page that: Dear Vodafone continue being useless.”
Eric Sackey said on his page: “Vodafone are you really working?.?
Nii Armah also wrote : “ There are two viruses in Ghana now: Coronavirus, and Vodafone Ghana, since morning you can’t download anything.”
