The month of June has come again with its associated rains. A five-hour downpour in the early hours of Tuesday left several parts of the capital flooded with many ruing the effects of the poor sanitation and drainage systems around.
A video captured and sent to GhanaWeb shows parts of Kasoa, a suburb in the Central Region flooded after the rains.
The tollbooth area and other surrounding places looked choked with floodwaters.
