Accra, Jan. 17, GNA - The Accra bourse picked up on the strength of gain by Guinness Ghana Breweries Limited (GGBL) as the bourse continues to experience see-saw trading since the beginning of the year. GGBL gained 26 cedis to end the day at 7,781 cedis.
The GSE All-Share Index went up by 1.62 points at 4,707.12 points. Change in the year-to-date was better at -1.30 per cent. Shares traded were still low at 51,000 from 26,600 on Monday. Market capitalisation was better at 91,693.40 billion cedis from 91,689.12 billion cedis on Monday.
