Kumasi Asante Kotoko and Accra hearts of Oak will play the 2004 league decider on April 3, according to the Professional League Board (PLB).
The match, which was supposed to have been played a fortnight ago, was postponed because of the then ongoing row between the fourteen premier league clubs and Asante Kotoko.
As a result of the new arrangement, the 2005 league, which was originally scheduled to kick off on April 3, has been rescheduled to another date.
The chairman of the PLB, Mr. Abra Appiah explained to Joy sports that the new season couldn?t begin without the curtains being drawn conclusively on the past one.
The PLB also intends to revive the annual season opening gala competition, which has been dormant for the past couple of season.
A meeting has been scheduled between the premier league clubs and the PLB next week where they are expected to discuss new dates and plans for the 2005 season.
