Ghana’s U-23 team will face Nigeria, Egypt and Senegal in Group B of the upcoming All African games to be staged in Congo.
The Black Meteors sealed qualification to the competition after beating Mozambique by a 2-1 aggregate.
And Coach Malik Jabir’s side who are the defending champions will aim to replicate their achievements at the 2011 edition of the competition which took place in Maputo.
But they will first have to scale over their opponents in the group stage to move closer to the target.
The Competition which will be held in Brazzaville will also see hosts Congo are also in Group A alongside Zimbabwe, Burkina Faso.
In the Women’s event, the Black Queens have been placed in a tough which comprises of teams like Cameroon, South Africa and Egypt.
