Medeama President Moses Armah is confident Aduana Stars will overcome ES Setif to progress into the group stage of the CAF Champions League.
The Ghanaian side takes a solitary 1-0 lead into the return leg next week.
The Algerian side has vowed to use all means to edge past the two-time Ghanaian champions but Medeama president Moses Armah thinks otherwise.
“Aduana have what it takes to overcome them. I don't see any difficulty at all,” he is quoted by medeamasc.com
“They have enough depth in quality to scale the hurdle. At this crucial moment, it’s important they maintain their calm.
“They (ES Setif) will try several means to frustrate them, but they should always be one step ahead.
“Let’s all pray for them to secure qualification to the group stage. It’s will be good for Ghana football.”
The defeat to Aduana Stars was the club’s first in 16 games in a CAF Competitions preliminary, first or second round fixtures.
President Armah spearheaded his side’s qualification into the group stage of the CAF Confederation Cup in 2016.
