Veteran Ghanaian tactician Bashir Hayford has been named the NASCO Coach of the Month for May/June 2024 following his outstanding leadership of Heart of Lions in the Ghana Premier League.
Under his guidance, Heart of Lions secured five wins and one draw in their last six matches, accumulating an impressive 16 points out of a possible 18.
During this period, the team conceded only three goals while scoring ten.
Coach Bashir Hayford emerged victorious over tough competition from Samuel Boadu of Berekum Chelsea and Tanko Ibrahim of Accra Lions FC. His achievement underscores his strategic prowess and impact on Heart of Lions' performance.
In recognition of his achievement, Coach Bashir Hayford will be awarded a brand new 42-inch NASCO television set from Electroland Ghana Limited.
Meanwhile, Heart of Lions' defender Ebenezer Annan has been named Player of the Month for May/June.
