21 players in camp, minus Afful and Ofosu Ayeh

Defenders Phil Ofosu Ayeh and Harrison Afful are the only players left to join the Black Stars’ preparations towards the 2018 World Cup qualifier against Comoros.

The duo are however expected to arrive on Tuesday to give coach Avram Grant a full house to work with ahead of the first leg clash on Friday.

Majority of the foreign-based contingent arrived on Monday evening and will be training with the squad on Tuesday.

Avram Grant had commenced work with the side on Monday with just 10 players.

This number will however double when he holds his second session on Tuesday evening with only Harrison Afful and Phil Ofosu Ayeh yet to arrive.

The team is expected to leave Accra for the first leg of the qualifier in Comoros on Wednesday, two clear days to the game.

Ghana will then host their opponents in the return encounter four days later in Kumasi.
