ASK Foundation’s Sports for Education league finals on Dec 14

The grand finals of the exciting Under 13 league at

Nima being organized by the ASK FOUNDATION comes on at the Mallam Mustapha Park

inside the Islamic Education School at Kawu Kudi on Saturday, December 14, 2013.

The main aim and theme of the event is to encourage

kids to go to school and take education serious. It is also to encourage them

to build upon their identified talents which are sports and entertainment.

The Africa Sports Kids (ASK) Foundation which is the

brain child of Mustapha Mohmed, George Nyame aka Mr. Ghana and a few others has

attracted the kids and youth of the area and other parts of Accra want similar

organization.

Mustapha Mohammed the President of the Foundation

has big passion for sports, entertainment and youth development. He said kids

in deprived areas need to be taught more and they have to be exposed more or

else they will lack behind.

He said in this moder computerized age when most

kids in the developed nations and high class in Ghana are enjoying the benefits

of technology, he wished the same would happen to children in the ghettos and

shanty places.

He questioned how and what to do to save kids who

have great talent but live in ghettos. He appealed to well to do organisations

and individuals to support the ASK Foundation to realize its dreams.

He hinted that next year the Foundation wants to organize

a cycling event to educate people on the benefits of cycling.

Mustapha invited every sports loving fan to witness

the grande finale and see the future Black stars and wonderful dancers on the

community library. Among the special invited guests are Tony Baffoe Executive

Secretary of the Professional Footballers Association of Ghana (PfAG), Rev. Osei

Kofi, the President of the GFA or his representative,the Minister of Youth & Sports

or his representative, the President of SWAG or his representative and the sports

media.

As usual top musician D Black who is an ambassador of

the ASK Foundation will thrill the kids and patrons with his new selections.
