AWC Qualifier: Black Queens beat Tunisia

Ghana beat Tunisia 2-1 in the African Women’s Championship final qualifying round first leg tie on Wednesday.

The Black Queens hold the advantage to qualify for this year’s tournament in Cameroon.

Tunisia have a mammoth task of eliminating the Queens from the qualifiers in next Tuesday’s second leg tie at the Accra Sports Stadium.

In other results, Mali drew 1-1 at home with Equatorial Guinea and Zimbabwe recorded a slim 1-0 win over Zambia at home.
