Abbey-Ashie Quaye trains with Totti Laryea amid Hearts of Oak interest

Ghanaian footballer Samuel Abbey-Ashie Quaye has already kick-started preparations for next season by recruiting the highly-regarded Ghanaian fitness trainer, Totti Laryea Francis.

The Great Olympics winger has cut short his post-season holiday to engage in a grueling and intensive training exercise with Totti Francis Laryea, the Chief Executive Officer of Train Like A Pro GH.

The multifaceted physical exercise regime has seen Laryea and Abbey Quaye train at the Teshie McDan Astroturf, the beach, and the swimming pool.

In all these training sessions, Laryea Francis is exposing Abbey-Ashie Quaye to the best practices and equipment that will ensure optimum fitness ahead of the season.

The talented winger has been linked with moves outside the country as well as to Accra Hearts of Oak.

Reports in the media space indicate that the Phobians are determined to add Abbey-Ashie Quaye to their ranks ahead of the 2024/2025 season.

In the just-ended season, the mercurial wideman made 25 league appearances, making 23 starts, and scored a goal for himself, but it wasn't enough for Great Olympics' survival, having suffered their fifth relegation from the top flight.
