Ghanaian winger Abdul Fatawu Issahaku has been recognized as the player with the greatest impact on the English Championship in the 2023/24 season.

A CIES study, considering six areas of the game, revealed that the Leicester City star had the most significant impact, surpassing several top players.

The 20-year-old tops the chart with a score of 70, leading by two points over Georginio Rutter of Leeds and by three points ahead of Stuart Armstrong.

Fatawu, who has thrilled Leicester fans by scoring seven goals and providing 13 assists in 42 appearances across all competitions, was also honored as the Leicester City Young Player of the Year.

Overall, Fatawu contributed to 20 goals and assists, helping the Foxes secure the 2023/24 Championship title.
