Arsenal Kyiv midfielder Abeiku Quansah has been hospitalized after sustaining injuries following a thug attack over the weekend.
The attack took place on the eve of Arsenal’s league clash with Chornomorets while the 21-year-old was shopping with his cousin in the capital.
The Ghanaian was struck on the head with a bottle inducing an immediate concussion but his condition is said to have been stabilized.
The club has since made a police report and have announced rewards for information leading to the subsequent apprehension of the thugs.
