Newly elected Regional Football Association (RFA) Chairman for the Ashanti Region, Osei Tutu Agyeman popularly known as Kotoro has denied claims of ‘buying’ delegates with Waakye.
Speaking to Ohene Brenya Bampoe on Happy FM’s Anopa Bosuo Sports, he said: ” I am surprised with this rumour. I’m really surprised about the Waakye. I didn’t even leave my office till after the elections.”
According to him his competitor Osei Nsiah should be a good loser and stop spreading false rumours.
He made known that, all those who voted belonged to a particular camp. “Osei Nsiah may have been ill informed about his supporters” he declared.
Kotoro beat competition from retired referee Osei Nsiah.
He polled 41 votes compared to Nsiah’s 29 to retain the seat.
