Reverend Richmond Quarcoo, Chairman of the Greater Accra Regional Table Tennis Association presented prizes to the various winners. He commended the participants for exhibiting a show of sportsmanship throughout the competition and asked them to be law-abiding and disciplined for the promotion of the sport. Discipline, he said played very vital role in the success of every sport and towards the socio-economic development of every nation without which nothing can succeed. Reverend Quarcoo said the Association would from next year organize refresher courses for its coaches and players towards the development and promotion of the sport in the country.
