Ivorian defender Ben Adama Banh has told footy-Ghana.com that he has accepted a lucrative one-year contract from Guinean giants AS Kaloum Stars.
The left-back in an earlier interview announced his decision to leave Ghanaian Champions Asante Kotoko due to the falling rate of the cedi and thus packed bag and baggage to join his family in his homeland.
“I have agreed to join Kaloum Stars of Guinea for one year,” Adama told footy-Ghana.com after arriving in Abidjan on Friday.
Adama speaks of his joy to be back with his family before finally joining his new club for pre-season in Morocco next month.
“I’m happy to be back home with my family first and will find a place to train and keep my shape but I will join the team in Morocco on the 15th September for 3 weeks pre-season,” the 25-year-old stated.
Adama arrived at Kotoko on a free from Ivorian giants Africa Sports where he was captain and has also left the porcupine warriors as a free agent after his two-year with the club expired on the night of July 31, 2014.
