Former Ghana international Laryea Kingson has revealed that Ade Coker signed him on to play for Accra Great Olympics by giving him a stick of “khebab” and a bottle of Malta Guinness.
“Ade was then the chairman of Accra Great Olympics. He met me and told me he wanted me to play for Olympics. Then I said I will play. Ade then bought me a bottle of malt and khebab. After which I signed to play for Olympics”, Laryea said on GH One.
Laryea was reminiscing his early days in football and all the coaches and managers who helped him to make it through his football career.
Laryea played for Olympics then also played for their rivals, Hearts of Oak.
