Afriyie Acquah sidelined for 7 days; ruled out of Bologna clash

Midfielder Afriyie Acquah has been ruled out of Saturday’s league match against Godfred Donsah’s Bologna in the Serie A.

Ghana international suffered severe contusion to his right thigh during last Sunday’s 2-1 win over Atalanta.

He provided a superb assist in the first goal but got substituted at half time.

After running tests on the injury, Acquah will need between 5-7 days of rest to fully recover.

He is expected to recover for Wednesday’s clash at Roma in the Serie A.
