Agbenyenu grabs consolation goal for 1860 Munich in German second-tier

Ghanaian youth defender Lumor Agbenyenu scored the opener for Munich 1860 as the Lions succumbed to a 2-1 home loss against St Pauli in the German Bundesliga II on Saturday afternoon.

The 20-year-old former FC Porto starlet struck in the 27th minute to open the scoring at the Allianz Arena.

However, the home side stayed back and allowed the visitors to equalise and snatched the maximum points with two last-minute goals in the first-half.

The remarkable young defender scored his first goal of the season since in Munich's 2-0 win over Nurnberg last month.

He was part of Ghana's provisional squad for the 2015 FIFA U20 World Cup.
