Udinese and Black Stars midfidler Emmanuel Agyeman Badu has continued with his exemplary benevolence by dishing out an amount of GHc 2,000 to ex Ghana goalkeeper Ali Jarrah to mitigate his plight.

Jarrah has recently been in the news following a heart-breaking post on his Facebook page in which he recounted his neglect by the society and his plight of having to live with a disability for 23 years.

Agyeman Badu, who is recovering from an injury sustained in the opening Seria A match against Juventus says he was touched by Ali Jarrah’s predicament after reading on Facebook.

“I saw a friend post about Ali Jarrah’s frustrations on Facebook and I was so touched”, Badu told Sportscrusader.com

“I had no option than to lend a hand to him in my own small way so as to alleviate his worries ans we all seek to find a lasting comfort for him”,

“Having lived my life as a pauper before, I know how it feels to in such a situation so there was no hesitation to help Jarrah and put at least a smile on his face”.

Ali Jarrah, a former Hearts of Oak goal tender, was only weeks away from signing a professional contract with German club side Cologne when by a strange twist of fate, his world came crashing down.

His movement was impaired by a waist problem that had previously not been detected. His dream of becoming a top professional was shattered and his means of livelihood disappeared.

But till date, the ace goalkeeper in a post on his Facebook wall, expressed his frustration over the neglect by not only the nation but those he used to call friends and loved ones.
