Chief Executive Office of Asante Kotoko George Amoako has confirmed that his outfit will play regional rivals AshantiGold in a two-legged friendly match.
According to the Porcupine Warriors CEO, talks are in the advanced stage and they will seal the deal after their two-legged friendly matches against their sworn rivals against Hearts of Oak.
"We have a lot for our supporters and after the Hearts friendly, we will engage Ashanti Gold also in a two-legged friendly on the 9th and 16th of September 2018," he told Oyerepa FM.
The Porcupine Warriors defeated Hearts of Oak 2:0 in the first leg of the 'Super 2 Clash' at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium with striker Sougne Yacouba scoring both goals.
