Former president John Dramani Mahama has described the sitting president, Nana Akufo- Addo as the father of militant vigilantism .
Mr Mahama fired the salvoes at his successor during an interview on Radio Gold on Friday.
He added that although the security issues under the erstwhile NDC administration were questionable, Ghanaians feel unsafe under the current President.
According to him, Parties have always had arrangement to provide security for themselves in times of electioneering campaign who were untrained but these people were not armed.
Former president noted that the phenomenon of militant vigilantism is a creation of the Akufo Addo government when he started “All die be die” and all his threatening ways of inciting people to vote for him.
