Officials of Al Wahda have arrived in Ghana to seal a partnership agreement with Medeama SC.
The officials were met on arrival at the Kotoko International Airport on Tuesday by Medeama President Moses Armah.
An agreement will be signed between the clubs for the exchange of coaching and business expertise.
The Saudi Arabian club will also offer practical support and advice in youth coaching, player development, fitness and medical matters, and football business strategy to the Mauve and Yellows.
Al-Wahda president Morsi Hisaham Fouad arrived with his team to sign the deal with the Tarkwa-based.
The agreement which will be signed on Thursday was brokered by Step by Step Football Management and will see Medeama benefit immensely from coaching expertise and exchange programmes.
Medeama will work closely with Al Wahda to help the club build and grow its brand in the emerging African territory.
The gulf side will also offer financial support to the Ghanaian side ahead of their participation in the CAF Confederation Cup next year.
Medeama won their second FA Cup after beating Asante Kotoko 2-1 last month.
