Aspiring Ghana League Clubs Association Chairman, Nana Oduro Sarfo has hit out at the GHALCA Executive Council for sabotaging the efforts of the association’s current chairman Alhaji Raji.
The Alhaji Raji-led GHALCA has often been branded as less vibrant and a toothless bulldog in the football industry, leading to claims that he has failed as the chairman of the association.
However, Sarfo rates Raji’s administration as fairly good. The Berekum Chelsea General Manager believes with time he would have done better.
“Seriously I pity Alhaji Raji, he did very well but the executive council of GHALCA pulled him down intentionally. When Alhaji goes on radio to say something on GHALCA they counter him with negatives and was painted as a devil in the eyes of the public with bad press,” Sarfo told Starr Sports.
The GHALCA elections is fixed for Thursday 21st April, 2016 at the Media Centre (Accra Sports Stadium) at 9am.
