All Walkers To Report

All members of the VISCO WALKING CLUB are invited to report at the Cape Coast Mfantsipim School park on Saturday 26th April 2003 at 4 pm prompt. The agenda to discuss is the IAAF apology letter to all Ghanaian walkers, for wrongly assigning times to the country?s walkers in last year?s World Walking Cup competition held in Torino, Italy. Team leader Vincent Asumang says since the vindication is now official, walkers need to get over the issue of down-heartedness and lack of morale which affected the entire club.

Any walker who fails to attend this meeting will face sanctions, especially those of the club who took part in the global competition last year.
