Cosmos Ladies have vowed to defend their title when the 2013 PriceWaterHouse Coopers Ghana Rugby Women’s tournament kicks off at the Ajax park on the University of Ghana campus this Saturday, May 25. Cosmos were ruthless in clinching last year’s event so much they whitewashed the University of Ghana team. The University ladies have pledged to overturn the result this year but not Cosmos ladies who say they have improved even better than last year and will be in for nothing than the ultimate. In an expanded competition which will pit four Accra clubs against four from Cape Coast, the PriceWaterHouse Coopers sponsors have also returned with a much higher package for the competition and also reaffirm their commitment to the sport for many years to come.
