Kotoko captain Amos Frimpong has urged the club's fans to be patient with under-fire interim coach Michael Osei.
Osei, a former club star, is beginning to feel the heat after his side dropped valuable points at home to Bechem United to lose grip at the top.
Pressure is mounting on the interim coach ahead of their trip to Ebusua Dwarfs on Wednesday.
But club captain Amos Frimpong is urging for fans' patience for the former New Edubiase assistant coach.
“Kotoko have in their last two matches drawn and the successive draws have sent most of the club’s passionate supporters angry as they demand the best from the team," he told the club's official website
“He will ultimately bring success just as he did in the first round of the league when he brought the team from 16th to 2nd position.
“We have to be patient. But, of course, we have to win, we have to get results and we have to score” said the skipper."
