Ghana winger Andre Ayew scored the opener for Olympique Marseille in their unimpressive 2-2 home reverse with OG Nice in the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.
Elie Baup’s side failed to make use of any of the chances that came their way in the first half until Andre scored five minutes to half time.
He applied a powerful header to the bottom right corner from a Mathieu Valbuena cross on the 40th minute mark.
Mathieu Valbuena scored in the 68th minute to restore Marseille’s lead after Darío Cvitanich had cancelled Andre’s opener earlier.
But the visitors scored late to claim a priceless point from the game.
Jordan Ayew also played full throttle for Marseille.
