Stephen Appiah, Black Stars Technical Coordinator, has said regular exercise is the surest way of living a healthy life.
According to the former Black Stars captain, embarking on regular exercise has been his major secret of keeping fit, especially after retiring from football some few years ago.
Speaking at the fourth edition of the Celebrity Work-out held at the Aviation Social Center last Saturday, the football icon entreated individuals to inculcate the habit of exercising, as it helps sustain good health and improved well being.
"I stopped playing football some six years ago, but as you can see am still looking fit and the secret is that, I do a lot of exercise and am happy to see all these people here and it shows how people are taking exercise very serious,'' Appiah said.
He added, "I encourage people to engage in any form exercising your body not only running around for long hours but exercising in any small way and we should be mindful of what we eat as well."
Celebrity work-out, a unique keep fit forum, organised by Primeval Media, is expected to hit Kumasi next month, as they look to educate the masses on the importance of health living through exercising.
