Appiah should have signed contract extension after World Cup

l was amused to hear that, Black stars coach Akwasi Appiah has signed two year contract extension.vA contract is based upon performance not only on qualifying to the major tourney, but the tournament itself.vWorld cup qualification alone is not an extra achievemen, but your output at the mundial is most important thing. l, won't begrudge Kwasi Appiah, as a first black or Ghanaian to qualify Ghana to world cup but he has a task too, to perform at the tournament proper.

What his predecessors,the expatriate, have done in the past two tournament,if history is anything to go by, Kwasi Appiah has huge mantle to climb to surpass them hence,any offering contract must be restrained till his critics have been proven wrong.His performance at the world cup will be the best assessment avenue for his contract extension.

Ghanaian populace would be the best judges to ascertain his performance because, no Ghanaian would support him if Ghana are burgled out of the group stage.The white coaches have demonstrated beyond any reasonable doubt that,Ghana is no more a minnow at the world cup so any coach who doesn't overtake that feat at this global football tourney is a hundred percent failure.

The FA must rescind the decision and wait after the world cup before any decision of his contract is comply.
