Armed Forces Triumph Over Media In Games

Accra, (Greater Accra) 9 Nov., The Ghana Armed Forces Command Staff College (GAFCSC) beat the Ghana Journalist Association (GJA), 2-1 in a special three-event competition held at the college's park at the weekend. The competition of soccer, volleyball and tug-of-war, was organised to foster good relationship between the Armed Force and the Media. The soldiers won in two events, tug-of-war (2-0) and volleyball (2-0) while the journalists also won 2-0 in soccer. Right winger Thomas Kumasa (6th) and midfielder Humphrey Awulletey (15th) scored for the journalists.
