Managers of Asante Kotoko have presented the two trophies they won in the 2016/17 season to telecommunication giants and club sponsor, MTN at their head office in Accra.
Kotoko beat Hearts of Oak in July and October this year to win both the President Cup and the MTN FA Cup respectively. As a ritual anytime they win major trophies, the fabulous club presents them to their headline sponsor.
Thus, they were at the premises of MTN to let them have a feel of the two silverwares.
Accra Representative, Thomas Boakye Agyeman; Team Manager, Godwin Ablordey; and two players, Jackson Owusu and Eric Donkor comprised the Kotoko delegation.
Present at the brief ceremony was the Chairman of the FA Cup Committee, Kurt E. S. Okraku. Also in attendance were a host of MTN officials.
