Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid will try to sign Tanguy Ndombélé as a replacement for Thomas Partey should the midfielder leave in the summer transfer window.
The Ghanaian superstar has been the talk of town in the past weeks with reports indicating that a move away from Madrid is highly possible.
Arsenal which is one of the clubs seeking the services of the hardworking midfielder made a 50 million offer to the Rojiblancos.
According to reports in the Spanish media, the finances of Atletico Madrid have suffered due to the Coronavirus pandemic just like any other club and hence they will try to cash in some of their players.
Partey is one of such players and the Rojiblancos will sell if they receive the right offer for the Ghanaian.
Should that happen, they will need to bring in a replacement to balance their squad and they are looking at Tottenham Hotspur’s midfielder Tanguy Ndombélé as replacement.
They will look to sign the French man as they see him as a player with enough qualities to fill the void that will be created with Partey's departure.
