Atsu included in Everton squad to face Southampton

Ghanaian International Christian Atsu has been included in Everton’s 18-man-squad for their weekend game against Southampton at the Goodison Park.

Roberto Martinez’s hopes of playing European Football will be strongly tested by Ronald Koeman’s side when the two teams clash for the three points.

Atsu has endured a difficult loan spell at the Goodison Park, but the former Porto man can have some minutes on the field on Saturday, April 04, 2015.

The Ghanaian International's qualities are never in doubt, but faces stiff competition from the Everton side that has Aaron Lennon, Stephen Piernaar and Kevin Mirallas all playing the same position as the 23-year-old.
