Black Stars Coach Avram Grant has dropped 6 players from his preliminary squad ahead of the trip to Spain on Sunday night for the pre-AFCON 2015 camping, DailySoccerGhana.com can confirm.

The Black Stars will leave Accra for Seville at 7.00pm on Sunday via a KLM flight.

Defenders: John Boye, Jonathan Mensah, Jeffery Schlupp, Samuel Inkoom, Harrison Afful Baba Rahman, Awal Mohammed, Kwabena Adusei and Daniel Amartey.

The coach is however still observing the injury situation of striker Majeed Waris, who was named as part of the initial 31-man provisional squad.
