Ayew auditioning for Liverpool move today

Swansea City ace Andre Ayew could be auditioning for a Liverpool move today when the two sides clash in their English Premier League match.

The Ghanaian, 25, was the subject of interest from the Merseysiders before opting to join Swansea.

And the former Marseille man has scored six goals already this season.

Swansea had to spend big to acquire his services – they are believed to have paid him a £5m signing-on fee – but manager Garry Monk believes he has been worth every penny.

“Andre has been great," said Monk. “He's a great pro and a fantastic lad. He's a good character in the dressing room and he is also a leader."
