Former Ghana Boxing Association Chairman Moses Foh Amoaning has asked that vice chairman of the Black stars management committee Osei Parma to resign.
The astute lawyer and football enthusiast says Osei Parma can’t work with Appiah after running him down in the media and labeling him incompetent to handle the Black Stars.
“You are the vice chairman of the Black Stars management committee, you are the one he is going to work with and you say he is incompetent. In fact, if you listened the interview Palmer granted he should have resigned by now. How can you work with someone you labeled as not good? In fact, he virtually runs him down in the media. I mean I don’t see how Palmer can work with Appiah,” he told Happy FM.
Coach Kwesi Appiah was reappointed on Tuesday as the man to replace Isreali Avram Grant.
Appiah signed a two year deal and he has been tasked with the job of bringing Ghana back to winning ways after a poor showing at the Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon.
The former Khartoum El Wanani coach will begin work on 1st May 2017.
