Aziz Futah: “Maxwell Konadu is the best coach in Ghana”

Staunch supporter of the Black Stars and President of the Nationwide Supporters’ Union of Ghana, Aziz Harunah Futah, has mentioned that he believes Maxwell Konadu is the best coach in Ghana at the moment.

According to him, the debate as to who will assist incoming Black Stars coach Avram Grant should not be allowed to see the light of day because he believes Maxwell Konadu is the best local coach at the moment to hold that position.

“I don’t hold anything against the other coaches, but all I am saying is that Maxwell is the best choice when it come to the next local Black Stars coach in the country at the moment,” Aziz mentioned to sportscrusader.com.

“Avram Grant will need to have someone who knows the African terrain and speaks the local language too and for me, Maxwell stands out tall among the rest presently in Ghana.”

“His exploits at the CHAN tournament was what brought him to the limelight as he led the local Black Stars to the final of the competition.”

“I don’t see any better person and he should be encouraged to start programming himself to take the full coaching job at the Black Stars in the near future,” Aziz added.
