Aziz inspires Ghana to win silver in 100x4 Relay event

Maputo, Mozambique, Sept. 14, GNA - Veteran sprinter Aziz Zakari inspired Ghana's relay team to win silver in the Men’s Relay event at the Zimpeto Stadium, Maputo, Mozambique in a close contest with their Nigerian counterparts who won the gold medal.

The silver medal atones for Ghana's flop in the individual events after efforts by Zakari and Vida Anim failed to achieve results.

The Women's relay team also won silver in the 100x 4 event with inspiration from veteran Vida Anim.
