Baba Rahman is the best I’ve played with – Acheampong

Anderlecht winger Frank Acheampong has revealed Augsburg left-back Baba Abdul Rahman is the best he has played with on the pitch.

The pair played together on the left side of coach Sellas Tetteh’s Black Satellites’ setup during the Turkey 2013 Fifa Under-20 World Cup of which the west Africans won bronze.

“I played in front of him (Baba Rahman) as a left winger and we had a good game and good cohesion,” Acheampong told AFS TV. “We work together well and he is the best I have played with.”

Acheampong who rates Rahman highly has played with and alongside several great players in the Belgian League and the Champions league.

Meanwhile, Bundesliga.de - the official website of the German top-flight - has mentioned the Ghana international’s impact as one of the main reasons why Augsburg are third in the league.
