Baba Rahman likely to stay in England

Ghana international Abdul Rahman Baba is likely to play on loan in England after Goztepe signed Lumor Agbeyenu from Sporting Lisbon.

Baba was being courted by the Turkish side and they had fruitful talks with Chelsea but the deal could not be finalized as Goztepe signed Lumor instead.

The former Ghana Under 20 star spent the first half of this current season on loan at Schalke but terminated the deal in December as adequate playing time could not be guaranteed.

Lille have also showed strong interest in signing Baba on loan from Chelsea but footballmadeinghana.com understands that they Blues might loan him out to an EPL team or Aston Villa in the Championship.
