Ghanaian international, Emmanuel Banahene, has joined Egyptian side Ittihad of Alexandria.
The Ghanaian forward who emerge a transfer target for various teams across the continent finally sealed his move to the Egyptian side.
Banehe becomes the sixth signing for Alexandria-based club in the January transfer window as he joins fellow compatriot Wilson Akakpo who also joined them few days ago.
The player previously left Egypt after a dispute with former club Ismaily that resulted in the termination of his contract after going months without getting paid, denying any claims that he ran away.
Ittihad currently lie in 15th place with 14 points, and are hoping that their new signings can shore up a defense that has conceded the fourth most goals in the Egyptian Premier League this season.
