Orlando Pirates head coach Roger de Sa does not believe that Siboniso Liedson Baraka Junior’s desire to play for Ghanaian national team could affect South Africa football.

Baraka Junior spoke to Goal last week, and said he wants to don the Black Satellites jersey in his international future, and De Sa says the player’s choice has to be respected.

“It his decision to represent the country of his choice and everyone should respect that. I made my choice when I was still a player that I want to play for South Africa, and that was respected,” De Sa told Goal.

Liedson Baraka Junior is currently playing for Pirates Under-19 team, and he has previously represented Netherlands U16 national team.
