Barusso joins Torino on loan from Roma

Ahmed Barusso has joined Italian Serie A side Torino on loan until the end of the season.

Barusso is on the books of their Italian rivals Roma and had been on loan at Brescia, who play in Serie B.

The 24-year-old will hope that the move will boost his chances of making the Black Stars team for the World Cup.

He missed out on this year's Africa Cup of Nations in Angola after being part of Ghana's team at the 2008 edition on home soil.

He has not featured since Serbian Milovan Rajevac replaced Claude Le Roy as Black Stars' coach.
