Bawumia dialogues with Ghanaian community in the Tri-state

In the face of his busy schedules, the astute economist and Vice-President of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will on Wednesday, July 11 2018 be dialoguing with the Ghanaian Community in the Tri-State (New York, Connecticut, New Jersey) at the Fordham University (Freeman Hall) after an official engagement at the United Nations. This meeting kicks off at 6 pm and ends at 8:30 pm.

This Town Hall Meeting which is to offer Ghanaians in the diaspora the opportunity to listen to the plans of the Nana Akufo-Addo led government, the indept explanation of some key government policies and initiatives, and have their questions answered is being organized by the Ghana Permanent Mission to the United Nations and the Ghana Consulate General to New York in collaboration with NPP New York Chapter and the Nasara Wing of NPPUSA.

H.E. Martha A Pobee, Ghana’s Representative to the UN; Prof. Samuel K. Amoako, Ghana’s Consulate General to New York; and Dr. Akwasi Achampong, Chairman of NPP-New York will welcome the Vice President to the meeting to interact with fellow Ghanaian.

The event takes place at the Freeman Hall, Fordham University, 441 E. Fordham Road, Bronx, NY 10458.
