Ghanaian FA Cup Champions, Bechem United are set to embark on a training camp to France at the end of the season, Sportsworldghana.com has gathered.
The trip will serve as a reward to the playing body for lifting the 2016 MTN FA Cup as well as give the players the exposure ahead of their participation in next season’s CAF Confederations Cup.
“Management of Bechem United are working hard to send the team to Europe for a post-season training tour”, a source close to the management revealed to Sportsworldghana.com.
“The team will play with the youth side Olympique Lyons during the tour and so we are currently waiting for their invitation to start the Visa acquiring process”, the source added.
The training tour will not be the first embarked upon by Bechem United.
The Brong Ahafo based side had their pre-season in the UAE ahead of the start of the campaign.
The team also planned a trip to Belgium as a result of the delay in the start of the league but were not able to go after the Belgian government declared the country as a no fly Zone following a horror terrorist attack in 2015
