The Ghana Football Association introduced new Black Stars coach Kwesi Appiah to Sports Minister Isaac Asiamah on Monday.
It precedes Appiah's unveiling later this week on his return to the job he once occupied between 2012 and 2014.
The Ghana FA Executive Committee settled on the former Khartoum SC coach after interviewing two other coaches Hugo Broos and Wily Sagnol.
Appiah officially starts work on 01 May and will take charge of his first assignment early June against Ethiopia in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier.
He will also play two friendly matches against Mexico and USA in the States before leading the CHAN Black Stars in a two-legged tie against Burkina Faso.
