Great Olympics vice captain Benjamin Arthur is elated with the team's victory over Wa All Stars in week 21 of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday.
The Dade Boys inflicted a 2-0 defeat on the defending league champions at the Accra Sports Stadium on match day 21 of the Ghana Premier League courtesy goals from Benjamin Arthur and a superb solo strike by Cofie Bekoe.
The former Amidaus enforcer says the win will aid their hopes of surviving the drop in the remainder of the campaign.
“This was a sweet victory, and we are very happy for this win, we prepared so well for this game,” Arthur told reporters.
“It was a game we wanted to win, now that we have won it is going to serve as a motivation and boost us in our remaining matches.”
Olympics will travel to Cape Coast for their midweek fixture against Ebusua Dwarfs.
