Cape Coast, Feb. 19 GNA - Berekum Arsenals midfielder, James Budu registered his ninth goal in the Onetouch Premier league when he powered his side to a 1-0 victory over Tema Youth in their league match played at the Robert Mensah stadium on Saturday.
After Referee Samuel Gyasi signaled the two sides into action, it was Arsenals who dictated the pace of the game but had to wait until the 33rd minute when Budu scored the match winner after collecting a pass from Bright Nsia.
Tema Youth gradually warmed into the game and made frantic efforts to find the equalizer but the defence of Arsenals worked overtime to save the situation.
Their best chance came in the 75th minute when Referee Gyasi awarded them a penalty but Gado Mohammed wasted the kick. Tema Youth from then on took control of the game and kept their opponents vital area boiling but try as they did they could not find the net till the final whistle.
