The local based players of the Ghana National Under 23 team, Black Meteors will start camping on Tuesday ahead of their final Under 23 AFCON qualifier against Algeria in September.
Footballmadeinghana.com understands the Black Meteors will begin camping on Tuesday at the M-Plaza Hotel in Accra as they begin serious preparation for the first leg of the double header against the North Africans.
Head coach Ibrahim Tanko has invited 25 local players to begin preparations for the encounter. The team will be training at the El Wak stadium.
The foreign base players will join the team midway through the preparation.
Black Meteors saw off Gabon in the previous round whilst Algeria also defeated Equatorial Guinea by three goals to one.
Ghana will host Algeria on September 5th for the first leg tie, before travelling to Algiers on 9th September for the reverse leg.
The game is the final game of the U23 AFCON Qualifier which will serve as the qualification ground for the Olympic Games
